FAQs
I have pets. Are your treatments safe for them?
Absolutely. We use industry-approved products that are safe for pets and families when applied correctly. Our technicians take care to target only pest areas and will advise you on any short waiting periods before re-entry, depending on the treatment type.
What if I’m not home when the technician arrives?
No problem. Many of our clients prefer outside-only services or scheduled treatments while they’re away. All our technicians are bonded, background-checked, and fully insured, so you can trust that your property is in safe hands. We’ll coordinate access ahead of time and leave a detailed service report once the job is complete.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
In most cases, no. For routine treatments, you can stay home. If a stronger application is required (for example, bed bug or flea treatments), we may recommend stepping out for a few hours. Your technician will give you clear instructions beforehand.
How long does a treatment last?
That depends on the pest and the level of infestation. Preventative treatments usually last about 90 days, while specific infestations may require a follow-up visit. We’ll provide a clear treatment plan and timeline after inspection.
Will I see pests after the treatment?
It’s normal to see increased activity for a few days — this means the treatment is working and flushing pests out of hiding. Within 1–2 weeks, activity should drop significantly. If you still notice pests after that period, we’ll re-inspect at no charge.
What kind of pests do you handle?
We treat all major categories including crawling insects (ants, spiders, cockroaches), flying insects (termites, wasps, flies, mosquitoes), rodents (mice, rats), birds, and offer preventative barrier treatments as well as home care and repair for pest-related damage.
Do you offer preventative pest control plans?
Yes. Our preventative packages provide year-round protection with scheduled visits and seasonal barrier sprays. These plans help stop infestations before they start — saving you stress and money long-term.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Every technician on our team is fully licensed, trained, and insured to meet or exceed provincial safety and environmental standards. You can trust that your home or business is in professional hands.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Kelowna, the Okanagan Valley, Big White and surrounding communities.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes — we offer free inspections and estimates. After assessing your property, we’ll provide a clear quote with no hidden fees, outlining both immediate and preventative treatment options.
What if the pests come back?
We stand by our work. If the treated pests return within the warranty period, we’ll come back and re-treat the area at no cost to you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority.
