Before founding Grey Fox, Jeremy built a successful career helping global software and services companies streamline operations, automate processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. His background in IT and systems integration gives Grey Fox a modern edge — using technology to track results, ensure accountability, and maintain the highest service standards.

Jaclyn takes great pride in creating a smooth, personalized experience for each client. Outside of work, she’s a passionate wood carving artist, an enthusiastic dog mom, and someone who treasures time spent with the people she loves most.
